Automatic Sectional Sliding Gate

ZHONGTIAN Sectional Sliding Gate is a high-performance intelligent entrance gate, perfectly suitable for residential communities, industrial factories, commercial parks and other scenarios. Compared with traditional retractable gates, it brings you safer, quieter and more stable access management.

Superior Material & Solid Structure

We adopt enlarged and thickened main aluminum profiles. The material thickness is 4–9mm, far thicker than 1.8mm thin profiles used by many low-cost manufacturers. We also provide 2.0–4mm optional pipe wall thickness for selection. The thickened aluminum alloy greatly enhances structural strength and wear resistance. All gate bodies are made of premium aluminum profiles, rust-free and weld-free, ensuring long service life.

Equipped with upper & lower beam supports, the gate owns a lower center of gravity, delivering outstanding stability and wind resistance, capable of resisting typhoons. It adopts linked shock-absorbing design, which keeps smooth operation even on uneven ground. The sectional sliding structure creates a large clear opening and large storage clearance, which effectively saves your site space.

We use cast aluminum large wheels fitted with carbon steel ball bearings, featuring strong load capacity. Different from ordinary retractable gates: common retractable gates only use 0.9mm thin profiles, easy to deform, bend and break after long-time pulling; their lightweight gate racks lead to poor wind resistance and easy offset. The cross-link telescoping structure of regular retractable gates has high failure and damage rates with troublesome maintenance. Single plastic wheels have weak grip and low bearing capacity.

Powerful & Quiet Driving System

Our gate is driven by a 370W high-power DC brushless motor. It is built with new copper core, thickened high-temperature resistant fuse-proof copper wire, low heat generation and precision steel bearings. It supports up to 6 million opening & closing cycles. With high-spec performance and strict craftsmanship, matched with double-bearing rotating structure and self-lubricating sliding components, the motor provides strong power, low-noise and safe operation.

Rich Intelligent Functions & Optional Accessories

One remote control realizes electric opening and closing. The smart infrared sensor device safeguards the passage of vehicles and pedestrians. Adopting infrared wireless transmission technology, the gate will send voice reverse alert automatically when it is 20–30 cm away from people or obstacles.

More optional functions can be added as required: infrared anti-collision, anti-climb protection, rolling LED display screen, leakage protection, mobile APP control, Bluetooth recognition, fingerprint recognition and license plate recognition.
